All of these recipes are genuinely pulled out of my ass or a collection of
Recipes mashed together. Do NOT yuck my yum, or I WILL have to obliterate

Starting with old faithful
Generic teriyaki stir fry for the average person on a budget
Ingredients
Stir fry chicken cuts or cut up chicken breast
Whatever rice you typically use, I get enriched long grain rice
Teriyaki sauce
Garlic
Onion (optional)
You can get a stir fry frozen veggie blend or the following items
(Any of them are optional, these are just suggestions)
Broccoli
Water chestnuts
Baby corn
Carrots
There are probably other good options
So first you gotta make the rice. I suggest soaking it before cooking because it makes it cook faster. While that heats up, you should prep your vegetables (cleaning, cutting). Cut your chicken after. You can cook your veggies in order of how long they need to cook.
If using everything on my list,
Carrots first, then broccoli, then baby corn, then water chestnuts.
You’re gonna want to start on your chicken quickly.
You can put butter or oil in your pan, put the heat on a little over medium. Wait for it to fully heat up before adding some teriyaki sauce and the chicken in there. I season my chicken TF up, so for conciseness sake i’m just gonna say use some garlic powder.
Once that’s done, take it out of the pan and set aside.
Then you can start on the veggies!
Also make sure you stir your rice!
I personally cook them in butter and teriyaki sauce and sprinkle a little water in there, but i’m sure you could just use water. I just slap butter on everything because that’s how you make everyone call your cooking delicious. Butter makes it taste better and you cannot fight me on this.
Refer back to the veggie cooking order section!
When those are done, the rice probably is too. Add some teriyaki sauce to the rice too. Mix all together and serve!
Recipe tips
You can dilute the teriyaki sauce with water to make it last a little longer with less sodium :)
If you want a thick sauce that fully coats it rather than everything soaking up the flavor, make a teriyaki sauce, water, and corn starch mixture, and use that with the chicken and veggies
Play with it and make it yours! Add new seasonings.
Speaking of seasonings, usually smelling them is a good way to tell how they taste if you ever need a refresher.
When sniffing seasonings, do not huff them. Waft the scent into your nose. Please be careful lol.
